We are committed to provide you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, meanwhile ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.


We will send you an confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the orders will not be cancelled during this period, considering handling process already start, but we will try our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find an good solution.



All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone timely.

Delivery Time= Order Processing Time + Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address to notify you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

Shipping Methods & Shipping Time(Free shipping for orders in the US.)

Two kinds of shipping methods are available for trail cameras at our store.
See the estimated delivery time below:
1.Expedited Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS /USPS/Amazon Logistics and take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive in the continental United States, with longer shipping times to Alaska or Hawaii Island.
2. International Express Shipping: Orders are shipped via DHL express, which will take about 3-7 working days to delivery. All items, which title ends with "Outdoor Accessories", will shipped via EUB or China Post Air Mail, which take 10-25 business days on shipping.

Note: All the other items on sale at our store (trail cameras not included) shipping time is about 10-20 business days.

  • Mostly the package will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery time may be affected by flights, weather and other external factors. Please check the tracking information for the actual delivery time.
  • If you find that: 1) your package has not been delivered within the specified time period; 2) the tracking information shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it; or 3) your package contains incorrect items or items are missing, please contact customer service within 45 days from the payment date so that the above issues can be resolved. For other orders, products and logistics issues, please contact customer service within 45 days of the order date.
  •  Due to inventory issues, packages may be shipped from different warehouses. Packages shipped from different warehouses may also have different shipping times.

We CANNOT deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
