45-Day Return and Money Back Policy
Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 45 days from when they are received, no questions asked.  

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when buying at BlazeVideo.net Shop, which is why we offer a 45-day return/exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 45 days from the delivery date, we will process your return request.

If you would like to request an exchange, instead of a return, please contact one of our representatives within 48 hours of receiving your order. BlazeVideo Shop will cover the back and $5 shipping fees by regular mail under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong item.
The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.
When requesting an exchange, customers will be responsible for back and $5 shipping fees under the following circumstances:
Customer ordered the wrong item
Customer does not like the item.
Customers does not want the item without quality problem

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please email support@blazevideo.net and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 45 days of delivery.

Important:
Items must be returned with package tag still attached. Package should not be removed until you are positive that you would like to keep your item.
Special order items such as those with custom colors cannot be returned.
Items that were sent to you as Replacement/Exchange cannot be returned again.

Please note:

1.Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
2.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
3.When returning or exchanging items, customers must contact one of our representatives for the return shipping address.
4.Items that are not eligible for shipping fee refunds will not have the Expedited or Express Shipping fee returned to them.
5.USA Customers who chose Standard shipping for their order will have a $8 shipping fee deducted from their refund;
6.USA Customers who chose Express shipping for their order will have a $15 shipping fee deducted from their refund.
7.When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
